Posting from my boyfriend’s experience. Got my fuel injectors replaced here and couldn’t be happier. Pat was upfront and honest about what was wrong, explained everything in detail, and showed me the parts after the job so I could see exactly what got fixed. Kevin handled the diagnostics — dropped it off in the morning, he ran the tests and told me what it could be, and was totally open about me getting a second opinion at Honda. Glad I did, because it confirmed everything they said. You can tell these guys enjoy what they do and they’re fair. When I picked up the car, they showed me the parts again. Then I went to add wiper fluid and noticed they’d even cleaned up under the hood — nice surprise. These guys brought my car back to life. 2M AutoWorks, Inc has gained a customer for life!

These brothers are the shit. They quoted me 1/3 the dealer price to get my wheel studs replaced, kept me updated with calls on the progress, test drove it by my request to see what this weird sound was in my cabin, diagnosed it for free and fixed it for free (suspension tightening), and even let me keep the lug nuts, otherwise I’d have to get new temp ones from a random store. Can’t recommend them enough!

I just recently had my subaru serviced at 2M for first time based on a great recommendation from a long time friend being new to Raleigh. Excellent, honest communication on services needed and prices. While waiting on my car several customers came into shop. Pat knew everyone by name and was courteous to everyone. Pleasant experience after recent frustration with other shops. Thank you 2M

I can’t say enough good things about Pat and his team at 2M. They’re truly some of the most knowledgeable guys, and their pricing is always extremely fair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Lexus GX!

I’ve used 2M AutoWorks for numerous things on my Toyota 4Runner, including oil changes and lower control arm work, and I’ve always had a great experience. Pat has always been very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I’ve never felt like they were trying to rip me off or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate. They seem to know Toyotas very well, and every time I’ve brought my 4Runner in, the work has been done well and usually pretty quickly. It’s hard to find a shop that feels trustworthy, fair, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in Raleigh looking for reliable auto repair, especially if you drive a Toyota.
